To celebrate La Trobe University's commitment as the National Gallery of Victoria official learning partner, we introduced Thoughtography, an interactive art experience as part of the gallery’s Andy Warhol and Ai Weiwei exhibition. Visitors to the gallery were able to see in real-time how their mind engages with a collection of iconic art from Andy Warhol and Ai Weiwei.

Using innovative technology, we created a unique Thoughtography experience. Visitors to the gallery will be able to view four pieces of artwork while wearing a headset to measure brain waves (EEG). The wireless headset records visitors’ brainwaves and translates them into meaningful data, which is then recorded as a personalized Thoughtograph, allowing participants to see exactly how engaged their mind was to the art.
